Hi I'm Jeni. I've been teaching Fitness since leaving school in 1996, and now teach others to become instructors within an educational setting.

I started practising Yoga in 2013 when my body was tight and worn out from years of weightlifting and boxing, and my mind was stressed and angry all of the time. Yoga has taught me skills involving body alignment and precision, whilst focussing and calming my mind. Through the practise of Yoga, my technique has improved in other activities. Allowing me to understand what my body can actually do has given me better muscle activation, balance and helped me to manage some of my spinal and muscular ailments by acquiring a better posture.

Everybody is different and deserves to be treated as such. One to one tuition allows me to help you to move within your capability and achieve your intent.

Learning and practising Yoga regularly will help you to take what you learn on the mat, off the mat and perhaps change your life the way it has changed mine.
